Get rid of Tiredness

Matthew 11:28-29(KJV)28 Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Dear Friends, the double paced life we are living today is full of challenges and there seems to be no way to avoid it. And these days to day issues with work, family and ministry are making us grow weary and tired. The Bible says in Isaiah 40:31 that those who wait upon the Lord shall not be weary or tired and will have renewal of strength. In other words if we are getting tired, then we need to ask our self a question. Where are we putting our trust? get rid of tiredness
It’s too easy to fall in the snare of believing in our own ability to solve our issues. That’s nothing but the flesh speaking over the spirit. The enemy wants us to listen to our flesh and get tired, because when we are tired we are more likely to commit mistakes. One of the common mistakes in the times of test is that we goof up our priorities with the body of Christ and our family and that’s where he tightens his grip on such victims.

The above mentioned verse in the book of Matthew talks about the partnership Jesus is offering to all of us. In other words walk in with your broken situations and struggles to me and I will fix them while you rest and have refreshments, rather than running here and there with your issues, learn to sit quietly in my presence and experience the relief. Talking about faith and living a faith life are two different things. We may know all the verse but what’s the use if we not apply those in our day to day life. If we don’t rely on God we will burn out and will be consumed by our struggles and challenges. Its high time that we pray and pick up His yoke. Have a blessed time- Pr. T.Bakshi
